Different provider in the same datacenter, different path to user?

Im trying to figure out why one of my customer, and his users
have poor speed to his server (A) in Fremont, but excellent speed
to someone elses server (B), also in Fremont. The above is a
tracert from the customer to the servers. This one is from the
server A to server B I
