Packet loss on cPanel IPs
This is a really strange issue and just noticed it yesterday.
If I ping an IP which uses Apache/Nginx (as proxy) I get horrible
packet loss (using just-ping.com). However, if I ping for example
my IPMI IP I get zero packet loss. I am using Apache in DSO, Nginx
as proxy with 4 instances, g_zip
